Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a thoughtfully curated Supper Club at The Kitchen, designed for couples to slow down, connect, and enjoy an evening together. This intimate experience brings guests to the table for a relaxed, chef-driven night centered on craftsmanship, storytelling, and shared moments.
Each couple will share a locally sourced tomahawk steak, finished with a house-made thyme and chive compound butter. Dinner also includes a classic Caesar salad with house-made dressing, smoked gouda and crème fraîche mashed potatoes with bacon and chives, whiskey-glazed carrots, house-made rolls, and crème brûlée for dessert.
Throughout the evening, rancher Jake Gross will demonstrate the reverse-searing technique, offering insight into both the process and the quality behind locally raised beef. With limited seating and a warm, romantic atmosphere, this Supper Club offers a memorable alternative to a traditional Valentine’s dinner.
The Supper Club will be held Friday, February 6th at 6:30 pm. Reservations are by couple and seating is extremely limited.
