March 17 | Honey–Vanilla Scones
Spring is unpredictable, and pollinators have evolved remarkable ways to navigate shifting temperatures and changing bloom times.
In this class, we’ll explore how pollinators rely on scent, timing, and overlapping blooms to survive early-season challenges. You’ll learn why diversity and resilience matter more than perfection, and how choosing a range of supportive plants helps pollinators thrive even when conditions aren’t ideal.
While baking honey–vanilla scones, we’ll connect these concepts to early-spring food plants and share practical strategies for creating reliable pollinator support through unpredictable weather and fluctuating temperatures.
This hands-on class includes guided baking, food-based pollinator education, and a seasonal seed bundle to take home.
Approximately 2 hours. Limited seating to keep the experience relaxed and interactive.
