August Supper Club with Jerod Bower

Join us for our August Supper Club on Friday, August 22 at 6:00 PM for an unforgettable evening centered around one incredible barbecue experience.

The evening begins with whipped herbed cream cheese topped with Jerod Bower's signature blackberry spread, toasted pecans, fresh thyme, and warm artisan crostini. Your first course is followed by a roasted corn and tomato salad featuring fresh basil, shaved shallots, cotija cheese, and a bright champagne-lime vinaigrette.

The main event is Jerod Bower's slow-smoked Beef "Dino Ribs"—an impressive, flavor-packed cut known for its rich marbling, incredible tenderness, and bold smoky flavor. They're served alongside roasted garlic Parmesan smashed potatoes, brown butter maple glazed carrots, and a warm homemade biscuit with whipped honey butter.

To end the evening, enjoy an individual banana pudding handcrafted by Golden Swan Bakery—a classic Southern dessert that's the perfect sweet finish to the meal.

Sweet tea & water will be served, but feel free to bring your own bottle of wine or spirits.
