Join us on Monday, January 19 from 4:00–5:30 PM at The Kitchen Collective + Collaborative for a hands-on cooking class designed for students ages 8–12. Please note that this age range has been updated based on feedback from previous classes. Our Little Chef classes are now reserved for ages 4–7.
In this cozy winter class, Junior Chefs will learn how to make their own individual chicken pot pie completely from scratch, including:
- Making a simple homemade pie crust
- Prepping classic pot pie vegetables
- Creating a creamy, savory filling
- Assembling their own personal chicken pot pie
This is a true from-scratch cooking class. We will not be utilizing processed food products—students will work with real, whole ingredients throughout the entire process.
Each child will take home their own fully assembled individual chicken pot pie to bake and enjoy at home.
Baking Instructions: The chicken pot pie will be baked at home at 350° for approximately 30- 45 minutes.
This class is perfect for young cooks who love learning real kitchen skills in a fun, encouraging environment. All supplies are included.
By purchasing this class, you are confirming that your child is between the ages of 8 and 12.
A signed waiver must be on file for each child to participate.
