Join us for a refreshing and restorative start to the new year at our Pilates & Parfaits event, hosted in the serene atmosphere of The Parlor at The Kitchen Collective + Collaborative.
Reggie Casner will transform the room into a peaceful Pilates studio and guide you through a gentle, full-body workout suitable for all experience levels. Reggie will provide all necessary equipment, so you won’t need to bring a thing—just come dressed in comfortable workout clothes and be ready to move.
Soft, calming music will set the tone as you breathe, stretch, and reconnect with your body. We’ll close the class with lavender cooling towels, offering a soothing moment of relaxation before transitioning into the second portion of the event.
After the workout, enjoy our build-your-own parfait bar, featuring:
